Pura Vida 2011

Hola amigos y amigas ! quiero compartir con ustedes mi Blog donde estare compartiendo sobre lo que he estado haciendo desde inicios de año hasta este momento.

En Enero fui parte del Liderazgo de la Escuela de Estudios Biblicos Intensivos(EEBI) , en el que participaron 5 estudiantes representando 5 naciones diferentes curso que duro tres meses, el  que los preparo para enseñar las escrituras, haciendolo en un salon de clases o en grupos pequeños en las congregaciones locales de las comunidades en las que esten sirviendo.

Para obtener buenos resultados de estas cosas es bueno aplicarlas primero a nuestras vidas para ser efectivos a al momento que las estemos compartiendo.

Los objetivos de este curso es Desarrollar una fundación firme de las escrituras en la vida de los estudiantes y que puedan reflejar el carácter y los valores de Dios en sus vidas. Por otro lado aprenden como manejar las escrituras para que puedan usarlo y sus ministerios sean efectivos y puedan estar listos para explicar lo que creen y por que lo creen para poder liderar y discipular alas comunidades donde esten y extenderse a las naciones.

Tuve la oportunidad de Enseñar sobre la vida de Pedro,su obediencia al seguir lo que Jesus le encomendo a hacer a cuidar de sus ovejas y pagar el precio de su llamado seguido de la persecucion y su muerte,de acuerdo a su primera carta.

Cuando se trata de las escrituras siempre hay algo nuevo que aprender , siempre y cuando estemos dispuestos a ser transformados por estas.

Recordando que las escrituras no es un libro de recetas,o una lista de lo que tenemos que hacer,si no un libro que nos enseña como debemos ser y vivir.

Del 28 de Mayo al 3 de Junio estuve participando como interprete con la organización E3 grupo que venia de Estados Unidos y Canada, estuvimos en Nicaragua en la region Matagalpa y estuvimos en las siguientes comunidades .

Sirviendo como voluntaria en estas comunidades pude ver la necesidad no solo fisicas del lugar si no tambien las espirituales ,la gente nos recibio muy bien, algunos de ellos expresaron que estaban esperando que alguien de fuera llegara a estos lugares desde hace mucho tiempo, y vi en sus ojos el hambre y la sed de conocer a un Dios personal en vez de religion a la que estan acostumbrados, y pudimos presentarles al Dios personal que ellos esperaban.

Al ver en las condiciones me ha hecho estar mas agradecida con lo que tengo y agradecerle a Dios por conocerlo personalmente.

En los meses de Junio,Julio y Agosto estare ayudando a coordinar y siendo interprete de ministerios para los grupos de corto plazo que vendran a Costa Rica.

Tuvimos un equipo de 24 personas que venian de Delaware Estados Unidos,estuvieron construyendo una casa,trabajando con niños y visitaron un refugio para gente que vive en las calles.

Y después tendremos otros grupos que estarán viniendo a participar en ministerios que JUCUM tiene en Costa Rica.

Con este curso Intensivo de la Biblia he sido animada y retada a compartir las escrituras atraves de Estudios y enseñanzas para poner en practica este conocimiento en las comunidades donde se enseñara.

He sentido en mi corazón ser de nuevo parte del liderazgo del curso Intensivo de la Biblia que se efectuara desde Septiembre a Diciembre de 2011.

Jer 29:11  Porque Yo sé los planes que tengo para ustedes,' declara el SEÑOR 'planes de bienestar y no de calamidad, para darles un futuro y una esperanza.

Sabiduría y Gracia con las personas que vamos a ministrar.

Pura Vida 2011

Hello Friends!

I would like to share with you all my blog,where I will share with you what I have been doing since the begining of this year.

In January I was staff of the Bible Core Course(BCC) there were 5 students, representing 5 different nations,the course lasted three months.This course prepared them to teach the scriptures in the classroom or in small groups in local congregations in the communities in which they are serving.

To be able to obtain good results from what they´ve learned it is best that they first apply it to their own lives so that they can be effective when they are sharing.

The objectives of this course is to develop a firm foundation of the scriptures in the students lives and so that the character and values of God can be reflected in their lives. They also learn how to work with the scripture so that they can use them and their ministries can be effective and they can be ready to explain what the believe and why they believe it so that they can lead and disciple the communities where they are and also reach out to the nations.

I had the opportunity to teach about the life of Peter.his obedience to follow what Jesus comended him to do.

To take care of His sheep and to pay the price of following His calling even to his persecution and death and accordance to his first letter.

When it comes to the scriptures there is always something new to learn,specially when we are willing to be transformed by them.

Rememebering that the scriptures aren´t a recipe book,or a list of things we have to do but a book that teaches us how to live and be.

Seen the conditions in which the people of these communities live makes me even more thankful for what I have and I thank God for knowing him personally.

From the 28^th of May to the 3^rd of June I worked as a translator with the E3 organization with a group from the USA and Canada,we were in Nicaragua in the Matagalpa region, in Cuajiniquil,Monte Grande,La Joya y San Andres.

Serving as volunteers in these commnuties we could see the needs not only physical but spiritual,we were received very well by the community,some of them expressed that they have been waiting a long time for someone from outside of the community to come and serve.

I saw the hunger and thirst to know a personal God instead of a religion like they are accostumed and we could present them to the personal God they had been waiting for.

During the months of June.July and August I will be working as a coordinator and translator with short term groups that come to Costa Rica.

We had a group of 24 people from Delaware with us for a week building a house,working with children and visiting homeless shelters. The family that they build the house for have been living for about 9 years in a home that was falling apart and almost fell down it was truyly a blessed time and we could really see Gods faithfulness now this family truly has a place they can call home.

Through this Intensive Bible Course I have been encouraged and challenged to share the scriptures through Bible studies and teachings to be able to put into practice the knowledge I have received in the commnuties I work in.

I have felt in my heart that God has called me to be part of the leadership of the Bible Core Course from September to December.
